Issue
Licenses assembled and acquired: Eurodollar ApS, EUI AG, a Stabillon stake. EURY and PLNY minted and live on-chain. The hardest part, being regulated, is already behind us.
The vision
Olbra isn't building a stablecoin. We're building the regulated rails for digital money across Europe and the United States, and the platform that runs on top of them. Here is the whole plan.
The ambition
A single licensed e-money stack can issue unlimited tokens by notification. We use that to do what no one else has. We mint regulated digital cash in every major European currency. We cross the Atlantic into the dollar. We build the asset, yield, and agentic layers on top. All inside one regulatory perimeter, paid for once and amortised across everything we ship. The goal isn't to take part in European digital finance. It's to be its regulated centre of gravity.

The question
Because this position can't be assembled quickly, at any price. EU e-money authorisations take years. The register of authorised EMT issuers holds fewer than thirty names and grows slowly. The structures we acquired (a Danish e-money institution with a MiCAR EMT extension, a Liechtenstein tokenised-securities programme passported to seventeen EEA countries) predate the queue. We spent the years. Anyone starting now starts behind us, and the market won't wait for them.
The plan
The hardest part, being regulated, is already behind us. Everything else builds on it.

USDY into the US dollar market under the GENIUS Act. Tokenised gold and silver. On-chain money-market yield. The next CEE currencies, on the same rails.
The full regulated money platform: cash, assets, yield, institutional and DeFi rails. And the agentic layer: the compliant money AI agents will transact in.
The dominant regulated digital-money issuer across the EU and US. And a Warsaw Stock Exchange listing: the second publicly-listed stablecoin issuer in the world.
Why we win
01 · The moat
Three EU regulators, acquired and in-house. Not rented, not pending, not "in conversations".
02 · The bridge
A US company with a live EU stack and a dollar product in hand.
03 · The platform
Not one token. The whole stack: cash, assets, yield, rails, agents.
04 · The moment
MiCA opened Europe. The GENIUS Act opened the US. And autonomous agents are about to need exactly the money we issue.
The plan
Hold us to it. Every phase lands on a public record.
