1 These terms
These terms are the agreement between you and Olbra ApS (CVR 39729482, Krudtløbsvej 12, 1439 København K, Denmark) for the Olbra mobile app. By using the app you accept them.
The app is software that lets you hold and move your own money and assets. It is not a bank account and does not give you one. Olbra ApS is authorised by Finanstilsynet, the Danish FSA, as an e‑money institution; that authorisation covers the e‑money tokens PLNY, EURY and USDY — not the app itself, and not the other assets you can hold in it.
How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
2 Who can use the app
You must be at least 18 and using the app for yourself, not on someone else's behalf.
Not every feature is available everywhere. Buying and selling with a card or bank transfer is unavailable in the United States, and some assets are not available to buy in some countries — you can still hold and receive what you already own. We may add or remove a country at any time where the law or a provider requires it.
3 Your key, your money
The app is non‑custodial. Your key is created on your device and stays there. We hold no key that can move funds out of your account, we cannot sign for you, and we cannot recover your key.
There is no recovery phrase. Your key is backed up through your iCloud Keychain so you can restore it on a new device. Keeping that backup working is your responsibility — if you lose your device and the backup, your funds are gone and no one can restore them.
Do not share your device passcode, your Apple ID or a verification code with anyone. Olbra will never ask you for any of them.
4 What you can do in the app
- Hold money and assets across supported currencies and networks.
- Send and receive payments.
- Pay someone by phone number or email. The money is placed in an on‑chain escrow they can claim; if they do not claim it before it expires, you take it back.
- Request money from someone.
- Exchange between currencies and trade supported assets.
- Earn a variable return by depositing into third‑party vaults.
- Add money and cash out through third‑party providers, where available.
- Use a card, where available.
- Take part in Rewards.
5 The money in the app
PLNY, EURY and USDY are e‑money tokens issued by Olbra ApS. You hold a claim on us and can redeem them at any time at par value; e‑money tokens do not bear interest. Your rights and the whitepaper for each token are set out under EMT holder & redemption rights.
Every other asset in the app is issued by someone else, and you take that issuer's risk, not ours. USDT in particular is not an authorised e‑money token under MiCA — we list it because people hold it, and if we ever stop supporting it you will still be able to sell what you hold.
6 Tokenized stocks
Tokenized stocks give you economic exposure to the price of a share. They are not shares. You do not own the underlying stock, you have no shareholder or voting rights, and you have no claim against the company itself.
They are issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Ltd under a prospectus approved by the Liechtenstein FMA, and you take that issuer's credit risk: if the issuer fails, your position may be worth nothing regardless of what the share price does. They are not available in every country, and they cannot be used in Earn or as collateral.
7 Earn
Earn deposits your money into third‑party lending vaults on a public blockchain. The rate is variable and is not a promise. This is not a deposit and is not covered by any deposit‑guarantee scheme.
You can lose money: the software running a vault can fail or be exploited, borrowers can default, and the value of what you deposited can fall. You choose to use Earn; we do not manage your money for you and we give no investment advice.
8 Fees
We charge 0.35% when you buy or exchange. Selling is free. Network fees apply to on‑chain activity and are shown before you confirm. Card and cash‑out fees, where those features are available, are shown at the point of use.
The price and fee you see before confirming is the price and fee you pay for that transaction. We can change our fees for the future, and we will tell you in the app before a change takes effect.
9 Adding money and cashing out
Buying and selling with a card or a bank transfer is provided by third‑party providers under their own terms. They run their own identity verification and their own checks, and they decide whether to accept your order.
We pass on their decision. We are not able to tell you why a provider declined, and a completed check with one provider does not carry to another. Money you send to or receive from a provider moves under that provider's agreement with you.
10 Rewards
Points are a loyalty score. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not a financial instrument or any kind of investment.
Creating multiple accounts, using numbers that are not yours, or automating participation gets the points removed and the accounts closed. We can change or end Rewards at any time; benefits you have already been given are not taken back.
11 Being findable
You can let other people pay you using your phone number or email. This is off until you verify an identifier and choose it, and you can switch it off per identifier in Settings at any time. We store those identifiers only as one‑way hashes.
12 What you must not do
- Break the law, or use the app for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or sanctions evasion.
- Use the app on someone else's behalf, or give someone else access to your account.
- Get around country restrictions, or give us false information.
- Attack, overload, scrape or automate the app, or try to reverse engineer it, except where the law says you may.
- Use our name, brand or content as if it were yours.
13 Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend or withdraw features, assets and countries — for maintenance, for security, or where a law, a regulator or a provider requires it. We give notice where we reasonably can.
If we stop supporting an asset, you will still be able to sell or move what you already hold. We will not strand you in a position you cannot exit.
You can stop using the app and close your account at any time in Settings. We can close or restrict an account where you break these terms, where the law requires it, or where we must to protect other people — and we will tell you unless the law stops us.
14 Risks you accept
- The value of crypto‑assets and tokenized stocks can move sharply and can fall to zero.
- On‑chain transactions are final. A payment to the wrong address cannot be reversed or recovered — check before you confirm.
- Blockchains, third‑party providers and app stores can be unavailable, and we do not control them.
- Smart contracts can contain faults or be exploited.
- Losing your device and your key backup means losing access to your funds permanently.
15 Your licence to use the app
We give you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. We keep all rights in the app, our software, our brand and our content.
The app is provided through the Apple App Store and Apple's terms apply alongside these. This agreement is between you and Olbra ApS only — Apple is not a party to it and is not responsible for the app, for support, or for any claim about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third‑party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as terrorist‑supporting, and are not on any US Government restricted‑parties list.
16 Our responsibility
We provide the app with reasonable care and skill. We are responsible for loss we cause by breaking these terms, but not for loss that was not foreseeable, for loss caused by something outside our reasonable control, for the failure of a third‑party issuer, provider, blockchain or protocol, or for the value of any asset you choose to hold.
Nothing here limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. If you are a consumer, your rights under the law where you live are not affected by these terms.
17 Complaints and disputes
Tell us first — write to [email protected]. Our procedure and the deadlines we work to are on the Complaints page.
If we cannot resolve it, consumers in the EU can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, and you may be able to take the matter to the dispute‑resolution body in your own country.

18 Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law and the courts of Denmark have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim in your own courts.
19 Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we update the date at the top of this page and, where the change matters to you, tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you do not accept a change, stop using the app and close your account.
